Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy — ImplaMedic

ImplaMedic, a company incorporated under Indian law, with registered office at Plot No. 1615/2491, Ground Floor, Shiv Shakti Nagar, Lane-3, Balianta, Bhubaneswar 752101, India (“ImplaMedic”, “we”, “us”), operates implamedic.com (the “Website”) where users may place orders for pharmaceutical Products and related Services (“Products” / “Services”).

This Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”), together with our Terms & Conditions, governs how returns, refunds, and cancellations are handled on the Website. By placing orders on the Website, you agree to the terms of this Policy.


Applicability of Policy

  • This Policy applies to all Users (“you”) who purchase Products or book Services via implamedic.com.

  • We reserve the right to amend or update this Policy at any time. You should review the Policy before making a transaction.


Terms for Cancellation, Return & Refund

A. Return Policy

  1. When Returns Are Accepted
    You may request a return if you receive:

    • An incomplete order

    • A damaged or defective product

    • An incorrect product

    • A product that has expired

    • A valid prescription change by your doctor

    • In case of the death of patient, under certain conditions

    To initiate a return, you must notify us within 7 days of product receipt. Failure to do so may invalidate the claim.

  2. Non-Returnable Items / Exceptions

    • Certain product categories—such as injectables, health monitoring equipment, or orthopedic support devices—may be non-returnable.

    • Items marked “Non-returnable” on product pages cannot be returned.

    • Products must be in original, unused condition, free from damage, with original packaging intact.


B. Refund Policy

  1. Eligible Refunds
    A full refund may be granted in the following cases:

    • You received a defective or damaged item

    • Item was lost or damaged in transit

    • Product has expired on arrival

  2. Restocking / Deduction
    If you request return for reasons attributable to you (e.g. change of mind), we may accept it at our discretion, after deducting a restocking fee. The restocking fee may be revised by us from time to time.

  3. Refund Processing Time & Mode

    • Refunds to credit/debit cards or net banking may take 7–10 working days (based on bank processing).

    • Refunds to ImplaMedic wallet are usually credited within 24 hours.

    • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, contact customer support (email or phone) to initiate refund; refund may go to wallet or bank account as per your preference.

  4. Refund Source

    • Refunds will be credited to the original payment source unless you opt for wallet refund.

    • On account deactivation, any balance in your ImplaMedic wallet will be transferred to your bank account.


C. Cancellation Policy

  1. Product Cancellation

    • You may cancel an order before it is dispatched.

    • On receiving cancellation request, we will cancel the order immediately if still in pre-dispatch stage.

  2. Service (Appointment) Cancellation

    • Once an appointment is confirmed, cancellation by you may not be eligible for refund.

    • If a doctor becomes unavailable or we provide an alternate, we may offer full or partial refund at our discretion.
