Overview

Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.
If 30 days have passed since your order, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging along with the invoice or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your product back to the manufacturer.


Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable or temperature-sensitive goods (e.g., certain supplements or nutraceuticals)

  • Intimate, personal care, or health-related items

  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers

  • Downloadable software or digital products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Certain categories, such as prescription medicines or customized health products, may also be non-returnable in compliance with health regulations.


Partial Refunds

In limited cases, partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items returned with obvious signs of use

  • Damaged packaging or missing components not due to our error

  • Returns made after 30 days from delivery, subject to approval


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the stated timeframe:

  1. Re-check your bank or card account.

  2. Contact your credit card company; processing time can vary.

  3. Contact your bank.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted products cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
To request an exchange for the same item, email support@implamedic.com and send your product to:

Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be emailed to you.

If the gift was sent to the purchaser first, the refund will be issued directly to the original buyer.


Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to the above address.

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable and must be paid by the customer.

  • If a refund is issued, the shipping cost may be deducted.

  • For high-value returns, we recommend using a trackable courier or insured shipping service.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proof of delivery.
