1. Delivery Timelines
Our standard delivery time varies based on product availability and your delivery location.
Orders are usually dispatched within the time frame mentioned on the product page. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the distance and logistics partner availability.
Note: Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
If there is a holiday between your order date and the expected delivery date, the timeline may be extended by one business day.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery depends on:

3. Serviceable Locations
We deliver across most PIN codes in India.
However, delivery may not be possible in certain areas due to:

If your area is not serviceable, you’ll be notified during checkout.
4. Cash on Delivery (CoD)
CoD availability depends on:

5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be mentioned at checkout.
Some items may qualify for free delivery based on promotions, order value, or seller offers.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email and/or SMS with the tracking ID and a link to track your shipment in real time.
7. Non-Delivery Issues
If you receive a delivery confirmation but haven’t received your order, please contact us within 7 days so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
8. Return Pick-up
For returns, please raise a request through our Contact Us section.
Wherever possible, Implamedic’s logistics partners will arrange a pick-up.
If not, you can return the item through a third-party courier service. In such cases, the return shipping cost will be borne by the seller (subject to policy terms).
9. Product Availability Tags

Out of Stock: Product currently unavailable; use “Notify Me” to get updates.

Imported: Product sourced from outside India; delivery may take 10–15 days.

Discontinued: Product is no longer manufactured or sold.
10. International Shipping
Currently, Implamedic ships only within India.
You may place orders using international cards, but the delivery address must be within India.
